I have led Procurement organizations with a spend ranging from €100 million to €5 billion and managed teams of more than 110 professionals. I have driven the transformation of Procurement functions in both mid-sized companies and large corporations with more than 400 Procurement individuals. Together with my teams, I delivered initiatives that received awards from the Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik (BME) and the Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) and were recognized in leading international industry publications.
This experience has been incorporated into my Interim Management approach. Maintaining the status quo is not an option for me! That's Interim Management with added value.

From October 2021 to September 2022, I restructured the Procurement organization of the leading shipping company and maritime service provider with 30+ employees and spending in the three-digit million range. I led the organization on an interim basis since the end of 2021. Goals: Increased performance and service level, simplification of structures, and digitalization of critical core processes.
