As Interim Manager, I provide hands-on support for restructuring and transformation projects, digitalization and skills development, and risk and crisis management. In recent years, I have focused on building successful Procurement organizations to increase performance and value contribution.
I have been responsible for spending volumes from € 100 million to € 5 billion, led teams of 35+ employees, and transformed organizations in SMEs and global corporations with more than 400 Procurement individuals. With my teams, I implemented projects that received awards from the BME and BVL and were recognized in renowned trade journals worldwide (e.g. Forbes).
This experience has been incorporated into my Interim Management approach. Maintaining the status quo is not an option for me! That's Interim Management with added value.

From October 2021 to September 2022, I restructured the Procurement organization of the leading shipping company and maritime service provider with 30+ employees and spending in the three-digit million range. I led the organization on an interim basis since the end of 2021. Goals: Increased performance and service level, simplification of structures, and digitalization of critical core processes.
