Positioning Procurement

I provide hands-on support for you restructuring and transformation projects, digitalization and skills development, as well as risk and crisis management. In recent years, I have focused on building successful Procurement organizations to increase performance and value contribution.

I have led Procurement organizations with a spend ranging from €100 million to €5 billion and managed teams of more than 110 professionals. I have driven the transformation of Procurement functions in both mid-sized companies and large corporations with more than 400 Procurement individuals. Together with my teams, I delivered initiatives that received awards from the Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik (BME) and the Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) and were recognized in leading international industry publications.
